Our service operates on a pay-per-use credit pack model:

• Free trial: 5 credits per new account, no payment required
• Credit packs: One-time purchases ($2 / $8 / $15) — no subscription, no auto-renewal
• Credits never expire and can be used anytime
• BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Users can attach their own OpenRouter API key for unlimited generations at no Crevisto credit cost
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• VAT applies according to French micro-enterprise regulations
• Unused credits are non-refundable

Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our Rights: Crevisto retains all rights to the software, platform, and underlying technology. The service and its components are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.

Generated Content: AI-generated images are yours to use commercially, subject to applicable laws and the terms of any third-party AI models we utilize.

User Termination: You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we're legally required to retain.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. We'll provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.
